This is a comprehensive, user-maintained, list of Hackerspaces throughout the world. We have also a list of planned Hacker Spaces.

If we’re missing your space or you want and/or are about to create a new one, please add yourself to the list.

After doing some research last night, I came across 3 maps of creative spaces in Europe (and the world).  Here they are:

1. Hacker spaces around Europe – great places to drop in to use internet, meet cool/creative folks.  My friend Mitch turned me on to it and has toured pretty extensively to them…
2. Co-working spaces around the world – similar to hackspaces, but places where you can go to get work done.  Global movement.
3. SHARE Global Network – a personal favorite.  They’ve got a wonderful listserv that supports the creation of new SHAREs around the world.  They were invaluable in helping me co-found the 3rd global node of SHARE in San Diego.

Net Tuesdays
